Please read the documents above before signing. By signing, you acknowledge that this is a legally binding document and that your electronic signature will be applied to the documents authorising Mis-sold Expert and/or one of our panel solicitors to handle your mis-sold vehicle finance claim. If you change your mind, you must notify us via email, phone, or letter within the 14 day cooling off period from the date you signed the agreement.

By signing you also confirm that you:

Had a vehicle on finance,
Were not aware of a commission payment being made to the dealer,
Have not previously made a claim for vehicle finance, and
I confirm that I have not been made bankrupt, subject to bankruptcy proceedings, in an IVA (Individual Voluntary Arrangement) or DRO (Debt Relief Order), or in arrears to the finance provider.

If you have any specific needs or circumstances that we should be aware of to help us in providing the best service to you, please don't hesitate to contact us and we will assist you.

I understand that a number of entities working together are involved in gathering and considering information to assess my anticipated claim. I therefore understand and agree that:

TAL Marketing Group Limited may carry out soft credit searches with Equifax and TransUnion and share the results with M.R. Consumer Services Ltd (T/A Mis-sold Expert) for the purpose of assessing my anticipated claim. I also agree that I may be enrolled in an ongoing credit-monitoring service (Instant Search Enquiry), which monitors my TransUnion credit file for further soft searches submitted by another firm and notifies Mis-sold Expert so steps can be taken to minimise the risk of dual representation. This monitoring will remain active for the duration of my claim and will not affect my credit score.
For the purpose of proceeding with the anticipated claim, I acknowledge that I am required to be based within the United Kingdom. Therefore, as part of assessing my eligibility for the anticipated claim, my IP address and/or mobile phone location data may be used to confirm that I am in the United Kingdom. These results will also be shared with TAL Marketing Group Limited and M. R. Consumer Services Limited T/A Mis-sold Expert.
I understand that I may withdraw my consent at any time in respect of the above by contacting TAL Marketing Group Limited, and this will not affect processing carried out before I withdrew consent.

I acknowledge that I have read and agree to TAL Marketing Group's Privacy Policy, which can be accessed here. M. R. Consumer Services Limited T/A Mis-sold Expert's Privacy Policy can also be accessed here, respectively.

By signing and clicking the 'Continue' button below, I give my acknowledgement and consent to the above provisions freely, expressly, and on an informed basis.
